librdf-acl-perl software package provides access control lists for the semantic web, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librdf-acl-perl
librdf-acl-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librdf-acl-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librdf-acl-perl *
You will get with librdf-acl-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
